The Gallery Presents 'Celebrating George' Photographs of George Michael by Brian Aris
We are thrilled to present a special exhibition of George Michael by renowned British photographer Brian Aris, whose archive spans over five decades.
Brian Aris first photographed George Michael and Andrew Ridgeley of Wham! in 1984. Gaining George’s trust over time, he went on to capture some of the most iconic and revealing images of the artist - offering a rare and intimate perspective on one of pop’s most compelling figures.
This exhibition coincides with the release of his new book, Celebrating George (April 2026), a beautifully produced tribute combining photographs, contact sheets and previously unseen images, alongside personal reflections. Brian will be in the gallery on the 4th July for a book signing and a meet and greet with visitors.
Exhibition Dates: 26th June - 11th July
Private View (opening evening): Friday 26th June, 5 - 8pm (drinks, canapés & DJ)
